If you read the change log on www.lilypond.org, you'll find:

The solution is to upgrade to a more recent Lilypond version.
The most recent development versions work really well. Note, though
that some job may be required to update the .ly files to match the
newer version, even though convert-ly will do most of the job
automatically.
