I am so sorry, but I do not understand what you write. Therefore I quoted the 
whole lot.

If your propblem is, that you want c to be middle-c (instead of c') - then you 
have to transpose the music one octave up:

Use

\notes \transpose c'' {[c16 d' e' g'] [a c b, b] [d e c a] [b e d c-]}

If I don't understand you, please write again.
