It used to be, but now it seems you need a little hacking before you
can do:

    \header {
    title="TeX \fetachar\fetasharp"
    }

    \score {
      \notes c
    }


You'd need to do something like below.

Mats, any idea why this was dropped -- can't we bake a nicer interface
than this klugde below?
