You have not defined CREATOR_PASSWORD (and/or, possibly CREATOR) in your
config.m4.
The (CREATOR, CREATOR_PASSWORD) pair supply the credentials of an MySQL
account that is able to create databases and grant privileges to other
users. Please see MySQL documentation for more info about MySQL
privilege system.
