Similar results here.For MinGW the main issue seems to be with sed when producing .def files. I have not had time to look into this, but I would not be surprised if it was due to a tool producing CR/LF line terminations in its output. We have already seen that MinGW's sed has issues for some regular expressions if the text uses CR/LF line terminations.
