Hi,
I'd like to ask how the part-combiner is progressing. I see that my
patch isn't committed yet, so I wonder if there is a reason to delay
the patch. The patch should be standalone, it shouldn't break
existing code. There could be unsuspected bugs, but then, that's what
unstable is for, isn't it?
If there are still questions on the workings of the rewritten part,
please ask.
