Could be..
If you use

\version "2.14.2"
\relative c'
{
\key c \major
\cadenzaOn
fis4 g a
b
\cadenzaOff
\bar "|"
fis fis fis fis
f f f f
}
%%%
Then the natural symbol doesn't occur in the *next* measure.
