The Berne Convention officially sets international copyright duration to life of the author plus 50 years, but nearly all countries have extended that to "life plus 70". The original poems by Morgenstern have been universally public domain for decades. But Kodály's works would only just be turning public now, and even then only in countries that follow "life plus 50".
