At the moment, Tom Dickey is the maintainer of Lynx. Wayne Buttles
has incorporated patches for Win32. I have access to the source tree,
as does Klaus Weide (absent from the list for weeks now). The system
manager, Scott McGee, also could incorporate patches.

Things to think about for providing internationalisation to Lynx:

*) Win32, VMS, and other non-UNIX platforms.
*) Keeping the source size within reasonable limits.
*) Maintenance of the language catalogs as messages are added.
