Not a bug--the syntax changed in 0.24. As of 0.24, the default behaviour
for 'serve' is to listen on INADDR_ANY, port 5253. To specify an address or
port number, use the --bind argument, e.g.:
% monotone serve --bind=localhost:12345 '*'
