Follow-up Comment #2, bug #29982 (project monotone):
I just came up with the idea because some people told me that the monolithic
version is kind of hard to browse (and even very slow to browse f.e. on
Firefox). If its easy to generate (or even automate the generation of) chm
help files, then go for it!
