Some folks on the list may have generated some.  You make a good point,
though, we probably need some images with these attributes in the
OpenEXR-image tarball.  Florian and I just sent a few new rolls of film
over to scanning, so we'll try to generate these images with some of these
attributes and get them included the sample images.
