You forgot something very important: importing the font into Pingus puts
it in no way under the GPL. The only case where the GPL extends is onto
derived work, in our case the font isn't derived from Pingus in any way,
it's more the other way round since Pingus uses the font (whereby it
doesn't derive from it). The license of the font won't be changed by
inclusion into Pingus at all, important is that it allows us to include
it.

that Pingus maybe couldn't be part of a commercial linux distribution
anymore unless we get a permission from the author.
