Dear admin,

I'm Ray Wang, and I was a super fan of GNU for years.
I believe its culture and its philosophy is absolutely right direction
of the future software.

I have been using raywang for my id for many projects and websites,
and I noticed raywang on savannah.gnu.org have been occupied by someone.
so I asked him it is ok to transfer his account to me, and he was accepted.
But he did not tell me his password, instead, he deleted his account.
so that when I see his profile, https://savannah.gnu.org/users/raywang
it said the user is deleted, but if I register as raywang account, it
said the user is exist.

So raywang is accepted to transfer his account to me. would you mind
to help me create the account for me, or make this account available?
I was so eager to have this account name.

I just wonder if someone could respond to me?
