Documenting with rtfd.org requires document to be present along with
source IIRC because it needs sphinx generated docs. And wait don't
tell me you want to load module documentation in framework!. I don't
see how you plan to do that also please enlighten me.

On the other hand if documentation is already present in modules it
can always be accessed from python help for the module. So I don't see
any point in complicating things by trying load module documentation
into Silpa.
