Here are the steps you must follow:
 - build objective C included in packages gcc-2.7.2
   This mean you must go in the directory gcc-2.7.2 and type
  make LANGUAGES="objective-c" CFLAGS="-0"
  and then 
  make INSTALL LANGUAGES="objective-c" CFLAGS="-0"
 - then recompile libtclobjc.
