Newbie: Trouble running heatbugs

Hello:

I have just finished installing Swarm in my system and as a first
attempt, I tried to compile and run the heatbugs. I got the following
problem, which I dont know whether it is a system problem (I
especially had problems with Tcl/Tk during the installation) or
whether I am doing something wrong. Here is what I get when running
heatbugs and gdb:
