rpm problems

Hello,

as a new user I tried to install SWARM on a Linux machine under
Suse Linux 7.0.
When I take the binaries there were some unresolved dependencies
which I solved up the problem that the rpm needs egcs(?!).

Is this the compiler (which does not seem to be in the 7.0 distribution
-
I think it has been in the 6.3 Suse version) or the
directory with the corresponding libraries (which appears to
be a ../egcs-2.99.61 directory)?
With the 7.0 version I have installed the default gcc compiler.

Best regards,
holger perlt
