Thanks for the swift reply. Yes, I was referring to the system path. I've
actually just managed to get everything working under Forte. Apparently I
was missing the libpng library for Cygwin which was not installed by default
with Cygwin - tcl/tk weren't installed either by default but I figured those
were missing when I couldn't find any DLLs or directory named cygtk/cygtcl
anywhere on my system. By chance, I typed javaswarm.dll into the Cygwin
terminal just to see what would happen and a popup window informed me of the
specific library that I was missing, which I then installed through Cygwin.

I appreciate the help that the swarm-support list in general and you in
particular have offered. For future reference, is there any place to find
up-to-date information on installing the latest versions of Swarm? The FAQ
referred me to the update DLLs for 2.1.1 which are no longer available,
AFAIK.
