libpng help

Dear Swarm group

I have tried to install swarm-2.1.129.20020114-1 a couple of times on 
Redhat 7.1

I get the following fatal dependency error:   libpng.so.3 is needed by 
swarm-2.1.129.20020114-1

I have libpng in the following places, is my libpng setup incorrect?

usr/lib
  libpng.a
  libpng.so.3 -> libpng.so.3
  libpng.so.3 -> libpng.so.3.1.2.1
  libpng.so.3.1.2.1

usr/lib
  libpng.a
  libpng.so -> libpng.so.2
  libpng.so.2 -> libpng.so.2.1.0.12
  libpng.so.2.1.0.12
  libpng.so.3
  libpng.so.3.1.2.1

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
