In order to understand that this is not a problem, one has to either
be able to decipher html or read carefully the ninth paragraph of
section 4.3 "Setting output file and directory names" in the docs:
The node level html files are redirects to the chapter pages.
Two months later, I would like to encourage someone to clarify a bit.
In the "invoking" chapter, one would normally expect to see the
detailed subsections point out each option as a hanging paragraph
or bulleted item, not as some anonymous text buried in a paragraph
on the third page down in a seemingly (to me) unrelated section.
It was _very_ hard to find. (I turned on xtrace for gendocs.sh,
examined the invocation line and grepped the texi2html doc for
that option name.)
