The texi2html manual was never really good, and it is has been 
completly removed since texi2html has converged to makeinfo
for its invocation and there is no need to duplicate this.  So you
should now use the CVS version of the texinfo manual for texi2html 
invocation.  Maybe you'll have to replace command-line options
with --set VARIABLE.
