Hello,

A first remark is that texi2html is no longer maintained. The
latest source is in the texinfo tree, but the next release
will not be based on texi2html, but on a reimplementation,
which is in the tp/ directory in texinfo.

Could the menu be in an @if* section that is nto expanded? The
message
  ** `Definitions File' doesn't appear in menus
appears when a node do not appear in menus.

Could you please attach the texinfo manual, give an url, or a
way to get the manual that lead to those messages?

This is fixed in the texi2html version in texinfo.
