No sync involved, nothing complex, not more than trying to push upstream with git-svn: 1) on your git repository fetch the last HEAD for the svn mirror 2) make a git-diff between your HEAD and the FETCH_HEAD 3) this result in the patch which you can then cleanly apply to your svn working copy 4) commit it in svn done.
