And... yep! it was yourself truly who forgot to commit that header file. I was in the middle of something else and didn't want to commit stuff not belonging to that particular fix and well, I forgot that file. Sorry. I think Joris just committed the file, so it should be fine now.

I get the same error from the git mirror (master 3e64ae1 Fix).
