But yes, the project is under Non disclosure.
The customer is doing the hardware and knows it's their issue, so I'm not 
worrying about the power draw.

Thats quite a lot, but i agree, if it can't be controlled by software 
then you are OK. If the project is not a secret and your customer 
agrees, we could have a look at the schematics. You can send the 
schematics to Joergs or my address, that you will see in the mail header.
