So use
./configure --host=lx4189-uclibc \
CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/lx4189-kenati-linux/include \
LDFLAGS=-L/usr/lx4189-kenati-linux/lib
and adjust the paths to match your exact setup. No need to specify $CC.
