Daniel,

could you please try the avrdude from the "Version 0.3" WIN32 package
(not the VC build which got the Version 0.1) with your pony-stk200 
programmer and check if verify still fails.
If if still does not work: could you please also check if the upload 
worked (using the verify function of avrdude-cygwin (non W32 native) 
or ponyprog (just to find out if programming or verify or both fail).

There is a binary V0.3 (avrdude.exe) in the package.
