Martin,

I noticed that in your latest version of the Win32 port of avrdude, it 
sometimes still reports negative numbers on the completion time.

It looks like it's only when its 0.00s that it reports it with a negative 
number: -0.00s. I've only seen this when it, e.g. reads the signature byte.

So it looks like there's some corner case that needs to be fixed.

Otherwise, it's looking really good!
