Do not forget that we also have an wiki site: http://cfwiki.org/cfwiki/index.php/Main_PageSubversion is already integrated with apache or another web-server. So we do not need and Web bases SVN Viewer. This on of the advantages over CVS.
The sourceforge project can be used has main page that has links to the other servers/services. Most people look for software on sourceforge.
