Greetings:
I have been playing the GNU chess that is released by Apple with OS X (10.2)
Bug 1.
I have been using this version to practice and relearn chess, and so do a
lot of take-back moves.
If a pawn has been promoted to a queen on the opponent's response, and my
move is undone, the move that promoted the pawn is undone but the piece
remains a queen, and not just in appearance, it is also functional.
Bug 2.
If a move is taken back before the opponent makes its move the opponent
pieces are often not properly restored to their positions.
Thank you,
Leonard.
