Christophe,As a matter of fact, I just updated the Root Raised Cosine Filter Wiki page today, but all varieties of the decimating and interpolating FIR filters allow run-time adjustment of the number of taps. See for example, https://wiki.gnuradio.org/index.php/Decimating_FIR_Filter.
