it is usable, the state depends on the application you use, for some it will work flawlessly already. It is available from the lain gnustep repository.

In any case I encourage you to use the GNUstep user interface because it is just superior to CUA guidelines :) The theme is thought to easy integration one app in a different environment. For a complete desktop experience instead, use the standard theme or its variations (like NeOS or Sleek)
