Well, yes. But I think most of them are packaged since a long time. I’d rather concentrate on those I actually use on my machines or those which are actively developed (maybe even using features of libobjc2) and where developers have interest in CI/CD and delivering their work to testers on the fast track.
I just donated some days ago a GAPstore.app (real Obj-C code, not a web TLD) to Riccardo for the GAP project [1]. Maybe this can become an application store *inside* GNUstep. It should not compete with your efforts, rather be an extension to avoid having to call command line installers.
