Hm... ok... we'll probably want to be able to ship an IM system
with DotGNU 1.0.... so I'm adding this item to the list:


21. Instant Messaging system
   - Jabber is a strong candidate if the issue with the
     GPL-incompatibility of the licensing of JOSS can be resolved
     quickly enough.
