Hello Norbert,

Sorry I haven't didn't finish the Win32 Installer As
soon as i thought I would. I have been busy with
finals. I have finally finished putting together the
installers for Portable.Net and Treecc. It took me a
while to figure out how to create a decent installer
with The "Nullsoft Installer" (we talked about using
this installer a while back). I also did an installer
build with the "Inno Install System". I don't knwo
which one will work the best for this project. The
Licensing seems to be the same for both installers. I
will post the files to the web later today and send
you the links so you can take a look at what I have
done.
