[Dragora-members] New website navigation ready

Hello everyone,

the new navigation menu generator for the upcoming Dragora website is
now basically finished.

Please feel free to test its results before I merge the 'mk_nav_ng'
branch into 'master'.

A pre-compiled version of the current state of the website is available at:

If you want to build yourself a local copy, follow these steps:

Clone the Git repository using

  git clone https://notabug.org/dragora/dragora-website

Then change into the repository directory:

  cd dragora-website/

Now switch to the `mk_nav_ng` branch, using

  git checkout mk_nav_ng

Run the build script:

  ./build

And, finally, open `output/index.html` in your favorite Web browser.

There's one caveat for local builds: Unless you're running a Web server
locally, you won't be able to access pages from the navigation menu
directly. You will instead get a file listing for the respective page
directory whenever you follow a navigation link. You'd have to choose
the `index.html` file from that directory in any case to access the
respective page.
