[emacs-wiki-discuss] emacs-wiki-journal needs a new maintainer

I no longer wish to maintain emacs-wiki-journal and blosxom.el for
several reasons.

 1. I want to have the emacs-wiki distribution contain only the "core"
    elements necessary for publishing and markup.

 2. There are sufficiently enough ideas for which direction
    emacs-wiki-journal.el should go that I don't know what to do with
    it anymore.  This point does not apply quite as much to
    blosxom.el.

 3. I no longer use emacs-wiki-journal.el or blosxom.el for my blog.

Would anyone like to have the role of maintaining these 2 programs?

A few comments for potential maintainers:

 - You don't have to use Arch for version control if you don't want to
   :^) .

 - If you want to maintain only emacs-wiki-journal.el, I have no
   problem with continuing to maintain blosxom.el -- it would be
   renamed back to its original name (emacs-wiki-blosxom.el) and will
   be put in the `contrib' directory of emacs-wiki.

Sorry if I gave some conflicting messages to some individuals that I
had asked about possibly maintaining emacs-wiki-journal; I was still
trying to sort out what should be done.  I will try to be unambiguous
and fair when considering (any) candidates for the role.
