[Fhsst-authors] Assignments changes

Hi all

I removed all the syllabus information from the assignments page and
its just a list of assignment titles. I'll add groupings by chapter. If you
select an assignment now you get a page with the title and all the syllabus
details. On that page is a "Accept this assignment" button.
