[freesci-develop] Web page handling changes

Hi everyone,

  I've slightly restructured the web repository to make a little more sense.
Also, I have set up a cronjob to automatically update the web page every 24h
(roughly around 07:00 UTC).  Thus, if you commit a patch against the web
repository, it will now automatically become visible.  (Most other projects
have had this feature for ages.)  Conveniently, the patch also updates the
ChangeLog/TODO etc. against the corresponding files from the glutton branch.
