num_fixed_sizes and Times New Roman

Hi!

I am implementing deeper and deeper caching system around FT.
And when I try Times New Roman - num_fixed_sizes == 0, but it is not true it
has atleast 12 pt in bitmaps (FT returns bitmap for that size). So how
acurrate is this value?

PS: I hope this will be only in PlainText - Set it in Outlook 2k is not so
easy...
