I believe that you need to use other features like "fina", etc.. for arabic.
Werner and Antoine would probably be able to answer more precisely on this..

Have you tried to display Arabic with Arial and the "ftstrtto" demonstration
program ? Have you read its source code ? Sorry if my question seems stupid..
