To all translators:

The code freeze for Gnash release 0.8.3 is now in effect, and the
translations need to be updated for the release.

We currently have translations for the following languages, but would
welcome more:

cs de es fi fr it sv

If you would like to contribute a new translation or update an old one,
please get in touch. A guide for new translators is on the Gnash wiki

The most important points are:

1. Let us know before starting or taking on a translation in case
someone else is doing the same thing. You can add yourself to, send an email to this list, or
drop into #gnash on
2. The translation catalogues were updated in cvs today. But although
only important bugfixes should be added to the code until the release,
do 'make update-po' in the po/ directory of a cvs checkout. This ensures
you have the most up-to-date strings for translation.

And the most important of all: the release is scheduled for 21 May. Any
translations received before then are assured to go in.
