[Gnu-arch-users] [BUG] push-mirror CLI

push-mirror should work correctly (use default mirror or default
archive and mirror) if only a `limit' argument is provided --- there
is no syntactic ambiguity in that case.

E.g.,

        tla push-mirror tla

should mean the same thing (assuming my default archive is
address@hidden) as:

        tla push-mirror address@hidden address@hidden tla

And, regardless of my default archive, that should mean the same thing
as:

        tla push-mirror address@hidden tla
