Well, I'm pretty sure I've seen it mention something about building
pristine after doing a commit. However, it doesn't build a revlib after
a commit.
Do
tla commit -s "empty commit"
tla changes
It will tell you that it is patching the revlib to the latest patch.
Personally, it seems like a greedy revlib should be patched whenever a
pristine tree would be.

| Yes, it will. It upgrades the latest during commit. Perhaps elsewhere too.
