The binaries are probably bogus at this point. The old ones from there 
needed to be extracted to a specific location (/usr/share/tla/libexec)
I just uploaded a new one tla-dos-1.3.1b.tar.bz2 Try those. These should 
be possible to extract anywhere in your path.
