That is the old version. You aren't running the one that you are
extracting into /usr/local/bin
$ /usr/local/bin/tla --version
developer-build

I'll probably fix the "developer-build" string once we settle out any
problems.
I'm pretty happy with the 1.3.1d build. It was able to download my
complete repository of ~90 projects, some of them rather long.

So what you probably need to do is delete whatever tla files you have in
~/bin, extract the tla-dos-1.3.1d.tar.gz into /usr/local/bin, and then
remove whatever source directories and revision libraries you have.
Because the two versions are not working directory compatible. (They are
compatible through the archive, but the working directory format is
different).

I just realized that this may be older than current, as the g-a-u list
seems to have come alive. Feel free to ignore if you have already done this.
