[Gnu-arch-users] cannot seal a version

Could someone explain this error to me, please?

cirrus:..testcase-0.9.6/debian> baz tree-id
address@hidden/debian-dir--zope-testcase--0.9.6.1--patch-2
cirrus:..testcase-0.9.6/debian> baz commit --seal -s 'sealing 0.9.6-1'
commit: tree is not up-to-date (missing latest revision is
address@hidden/debian-dir--zope-testcase--0.9.6.1--patch-2)
cirrus:..testcase-0.9.6/debian> baz missing
cirrus:..testcase-0.9.6/debian>

I cannot commit because the tree is missing patch-2, but tree-id
says that the tree is at patch-2, and missing outputs nothing.

What's going on?
