Driver: no. Baudrate: yes.
As I showed in my last email (see below), setting the baud rate, with
all versions of gpsd is simple, before starting gpsd, do this:
stty -F /dev/ttyXX 9600
The newest gpsd also provide the "-s" option. Details are on the man page.
