Re: 1.1.0rc1 available for test!

I have been able to avoid this error by selecting:
- English
- United Kingdom

As the system language & locale rather than 
- Esperanto

which I had previously selected.

I tried a great number of combinations of configurations, and this seems
to have been the one thing that reliably crashed (when choosing
Esperanto) or fixed (when Choosing English/UK).

After this the installation seems to be going swimmingly.
